Global Verge Buzzirk Mobile Dangerous Combo?
You’ve probably heard some of the chatter by now about Global Verge. Buzzirk Mobile has chosen them to sell their VoIP phones and phone service. Global Verge e-associates will need to pass a test before they can sell the phones, and all websites will have to be compliant with federal SPAM regulations.
Global Verge is less than 8 months old at the time of this writing. They sell many other products, including Fathom video conferencing, and National ID Recovery, which allows people to recover data from hard drives. But all the buzz is around their new offering, Buzzirk Mobile.
E-associates have been all but frothing at the bit, and this caused a pretty significant infrastructure crack up in June/July 2009. Members couldn’t get through on the phones for up to 3 weeks, credit cards weren’t being charged, and people were starting to get cranky.
Global Verge signed up with a new payment processor who also provides customer support. Now, when people stop their auto ship, or their credit cards expire, they will get a friendly call and hopefully fewer people will end up leaving the system.
According to Global Verge, Buzzirk Mobile (and their carrier, Zer01) demand that e-associates pass a test before they can sell the phones. They have to be approved resellers because there are so many regulations involved when selling cell phone technology.
It’s not going to be easy to get approved to sell this product. With the added strain of making sure the website is in compliance with all regulations, it looks even less appealing. And Global Verge is an MLM company, you will also need to recruit other people into your downline. This seems like quite a lot of work just to make a little money.
Instead of getting all wrapped up in one company, why not learn the basics of marketing and pick and choose what products or companies you want to work with? You won’t be tied to one company, when it starts having difficulties, you can move on to the next opportunity. You don’t have to ride it out like those people who only know how to sell with Global Verge will.
If you’re already part of Global Verge, Buzzirk Mobile might be a good product to sell. But for true financial freedom, learn the techniques of selling first.
